In short
We store your name, email and latest search so we can set you up as clients with Fora. We never sell your information, we use one necessary cookie and no tracking, and you can always ask us to delete everything.
1. Who is responsible
suitestay is run by Malthe Praefke Jensen and Adam Bøgelund Hansen, who are joint controllers of the information you give us on the site.
You can always contact us at concierge@suitestay.dk.
2. What information we store
When you request access: first name, last name, email, language, your latest search (destination, dates and number of adults), when you gave consent, and whether you want the newsletter.
When you write to us via the contact form: name, email, topic, booking number if any, and your message.
3. Why, and our legal basis
Access to Fora: we use the information to set you up as clients with Fora and send you on to the right search. This is necessary to provide what you ask for (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
Newsletter: only if you have said yes. The basis is your consent (point (a)), and you can withdraw it at any time.
Enquiries: we use the information to reply to you (our legitimate interest, point (f)).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you use our service and delete it no later than 3 years after our last contact. We delete enquiries sent via the contact form after 1 year.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you and to have it corrected, deleted or handed over to you. You can also object or ask us to restrict its use. Write to concierge@suitestay.dk.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
8. Changes
If we change the policy, we update the date at the top of the page.
